This interactive map will allow you to scroll over each residential homesite in the development, providing you with basic information. Dimensions, price and other details are readily viewable along with a great view of where the homesite is situated within The Township.

By clicking on the “View More” button in the pop up window, you will be taken to more detailed information on the selected homesite. This will also give you access to sample house plans and other useful tools. The sample house plans closely match the chosen homesite size and meet the square footage requirements.

By clicking on this link you will quickly be taken to a list of nearly 200 plans that we have selected for examples of homes for The Township single-family residential area. By clicking on “Compatible Township Homesites” you can view a list of lots that closely match the selected sample house plan.

This link allows you to input dimensions and square footage (SF) for a home you have found or had an architect, builder or designer sketch for you. The results from the search are homesites your plan will most likely fit. While the search is accurate, please allow the Architectural Review Committee to assist you with verifying the information prior to beginning any serious design efforts.

This portion of the site allows you or a member of your design team to estimate your final home cost based on the size in square footage and your budget. We advise that you select a cost per square foot provided to you by your builder or architect. This tool also allows you to take your estimated home cost directly to the mortgage calculator.

This tool is designed to help you understand your monthly payment schedule for an estimated home cost. These numbers are based on your input alone. We have included information on private mortgage insurance (PMI) and current estimated Madison County property taxes. Please consider the tool an estimate and verify actual costs with your lender.

  The Township Architectural Review Board is tasked with helping you and your team through the design and construction process. These forms are a necessary part of the review and inspection process.


• Architect and Builder Questionaire and Approved Lists
  This area has our most recently updated list of approved architects and builders for the residential portion of The Township. It also has approval forms for those seeking to design homes or become an approved builder.


• House Plan Volumes
  This section provides you with PDFs of house plans. They are divided into four separate volumes based on their square footage. These plans are identical to the collection found throughout the rest of the website.
  

We have provided contact information for each of the architects that have plans on our site. This information is available for you to contact them directly for purchasing one of their plans or having them design a custom home for you. This also gives you quick access to plans by a particular architect.

This portion of the site will allow you to narrow your search of our sample house plans based on their square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, master bedroom location and even the architect. The plans identified with this search are not associated with any particular lot. This section is particularly helpful if you are interested in seeing the housing options that will work on Township lots. All the plans returned from this search will work within the Township, but may require some modification depending on the plan and/or lot configuration.
